Process
How engagement works
A clear recommendation up front, a fixed price before work begins, and a system you own outright when we're done.
-
Discovery & design
Site walk or virtual consultation. We map lighting zones, network needs, camera coverage, access points, AV requirements, and simulator room dimensions.
Deliverable: a clear system recommendation and budget range.
-
Proposal & fixed-price package
Transparent equipment list plus labor. Most projects are delivered as fixed-price packages rather than open-ended time and materials.
-
Installation & integration
Clean install, proper cabling, configuration, and integration into the control platform — manufacturer apps or custom software.
-
Handoff & optional support
Training for the owner. Optional monitoring, maintenance, or remote support retainers are available.
When to bring us in
We're your technology team — not your builder.
Fairway AV Solutions isn't an electrical contractor or a construction company. We design the system, run the low-voltage cabling, and install and integrate the equipment — working alongside your builder and electrician. We can come in during a build or after it's finished, but the best time to engage us is before drywall and finishing.
Before drywall
Cable runs, mounting backing, and equipment locations go in while the walls are open. It's the cleanest install and the lowest cost — and every speaker, sensor, and screen lands exactly where it should.
During the build
Already underway? We coordinate with your builder and electrician on cable paths, power locations, and the rack or network closet so nothing has to be torn out later.
After it's finished
Existing homes and businesses are welcome too. We favor wireless, PoE, and careful retrofit cabling to keep finished walls intact — some options are simply easier before drywall.

Pricing philosophy
Transparent, and yours to keep.
Recurring revenue is optional — not required to make your system work.
- Clear, itemized proposals — equipment and labor spelled out before any work begins.
- Fixed-price packages — most projects are quoted as one price, not open-ended time and materials.
- No license treadmill — we prefer systems that don't require ongoing software licenses for core functions.
- Optional support — monitoring, maintenance, or managed support if you want it.
FAQ
Common questions
Are you an electrician or a construction company?
No. Fairway AV Solutions is a technology integrator, not an electrical contractor or construction company. We design the system, run low-voltage cabling, and install and integrate the equipment, coordinating with your builder and electrician. We can join during a build or after, but it’s best to bring us in before drywall and finishing.
When should I bring Fairway AV into a new build or renovation?
Before drywall and finishing. That’s when cabling, mounting backing, and equipment locations can be placed cleanly and at the lowest cost. We can also join mid-build or after the project is finished.
How much does a residential golf simulator room cost?
A residential golf simulator room with AV, lighting, and network typically runs from mid four figures to low five figures for equipment and installation, depending on scope.
What happens during the design consultation?
We do a site walk or virtual consultation and map lighting zones, network needs, camera coverage, access points, AV requirements, and simulator room dimensions. You get a clear system recommendation and budget range.
Are your prices fixed?
Most projects are delivered as fixed-price packages with an itemized equipment list and labor, rather than open-ended time and materials.
Do you offer support after installation?
Yes. Every project includes owner training, and optional monitoring, maintenance, or remote support is available.
